At Slower than a slow feeder, we want you to love your slow-fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your inbox and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
